The photo of this doll doesn't do it justice. She is an absolutely beautiful doll! Makes me wish I was a little girl again! Her dress is adorable, with little owls all over it. Her eyes open and close as she lays down. Her joints are movable and her hair is simply lovely. I have her wrapped and ready to present to my niece for Christmas. I can't wait!

America Girl Dolls are priced way too high. My daughter is just as happy with the Madame Alexander dolls at a fraction (literally) of the price of an American Girl. The hair feels real, all her arms and legs move plus she looks alot like my daughter!

When you walk she blinks like she is alive. I like that. You need to brush her hair once a day and never put water on it. Her dress is cute. Her shoes are hard to take off and on. I like this toy very much.
